Following on from the recent completion of newly built Townhouse in Chislehurst, our client engaged us to create a ‘Mayfair feel’ showcase garden offering year round usability.
Design
Our design was to include an indoor Swim spa set within an aluminum louvred Pergola with glass surround, guaranteeing full use all year round. New Landscaping to carry the feel of a Mayfair townhouse garden with staircase to upper garden which would feel light in appearance in it’s North facing aspect, materials of highest specification to be used offering the lowest possible maintenance but a high impact finish.
Installation process
Our team manually removed over 300 tons of earth and debris via an 80cms doorway. Spanning a 5 month duration our team created new paved terraces and spa surround using Luxury Venetian Beige porcelain tiles, matching bull nose steps and coping stone for walls, ‘Tier’ Sandstone dry walling and ‘Hydra Designclad’ to face new retaining walls. Swim spa was lifted over the property using an 80 ton crane and installed beneath a ‘Louvred Renson’ pergola. Garden fitted with ‘Laser cut’ screens, water blade, automated lighting and irrigation systems and planted with mature Topiary and perennial under planting.
